Nicole Knox, MBA

The development of these skills can be accredited to a solid formal education, strong background in operations management and a defining experience in the direct selling industry. A high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven professional, Nicole approaches each new business challenge with innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line and operational results.
Nicole is a proven project manager with organizational management savvy honed after years working as a Senior Operations Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Financial Analyst at Energy BBDO prior to that. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nicole helped to manage the Financial Services client portfolio of the Chicago Market’s Audit Practice. The FS Portfolio was comprised of 220+ clients, 140+ staff to service these clients and averaged $75M in annual revenue. Over time, she was invited to be on a project team responsible for creating the firm wide budget that was, on average, upwards of $10B annually and bifurcated across multiple sales organizations and business operating segments.
During her tenure at Energy BBDO as an Analyst, she led projects which automated the internal audit testing,
monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation/reconciliation processes for two metropolitan areas leading to increased productivity and efficiency.
Additionally, she is formerly a top producer of one of the fastest growing international Direct Selling companies. Nicole had a sales team and/or customers in 18+ states (sometimes international markets) and consistently ranked in the top 3% of sales producers of the company. Nicole received a B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration in 2003 from DeVry University. She also received her M.B.A. in 2007 from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Today, Nicole is successfully navigating the world of entrepreneurship. She recently founded and operates NCI Consulting which allows her to consult/coach newer entrepreneurs in the areas of business management, marketing, and operations strategy, planning & implementation. Nicole co-hosts a successful radio show inspired by a published book she co-authored, “The Entrepreneur Within You.”
Her latest corporate project is as Chief Operating Officer of FBG Cookies & Company, a newly launching company emphasizing healthier baked good dessert options for consumers. FBG is projected to be in national distribution in both major and local food chains and grocers near you within 18 months of launch!
